With the WAW method, patients experience high-quality grafts. The WAW FUE system uses a unique shape extraction device which closely imitates the natural shape of follicular units. Some instruments consist of suction or a full rotation punch, while the WAW has a suction-free oscillating punch. This is what reduces the chance of transection.
Generally, the back of the head is shaved for a traditional FUE, but Jernigan’s also offers a stealth and no-shave. Both can easily be done with the WAW method.
